Every time I come in, I’m with a “Welcome to Chipotle!” and end with “I’m the perfect for you?” I feel taken care of and appreciated. Being in a restaurant business during the Kovid was rough, but this shop and the people always surprise me with their kindness and highest respect for their guest. I ordered a bowl and Burrito and everything was so tasteful and super serving. I even mentioned that I wanted more salsa on my bowl and they told me no problem that they will take care of it! The people on the line are as amazing as the quality of food. Thank you for being so attentive, helpful and positive:

Tonight I ordered 10 pieces of chicken, and when I got home, what I found inside the box disappointed me to the extreme. 10 pieces of burnt, dry chicken, overcooked in oil that should have been replaced for fresh oil a week ago, but instead they clearly kept filtering it long past its useful lifespan. This stuff is inedible. The breading is borderline black on every piece in this box. Going to include a few photos, but Samsung cameras don't reproduce colors in a way I would describe as accurate so its not going to show what I'm seeing perfectly. Incredibly disappointing. Going to keep a couple extra stars because normally this place is so much better.
