Weiterlesen Took my son here for his first birthday and had a horrible experience. When we first walked in we waited close to 10 minutes just to get a stamp on our hand. There were 5 10 different families that just walked out because they waited a while and noone came to check their arms. Seems like a tremendous security issue. Not sure if they were short staffed or what was going on.The other thing that happened was we were wanting to buy a refillable cup and we waited like 5 minutes for someone to come andhelp us. We told him what we wanted and he did not say anything and just walked through the doors to the back and did notreturn. He did not provide his name so I am not sure who he was. We have been to many Chuck E. Cheese locations and had fun, butthis experience was horrendous.
