Natomiast ostatnio czekałam za zamówieniem 40 minut (jest to jak najbardziej okey), ale po tym czasie zostałam zawiadomiona, że Pani potrzebuje jeszcze 20 minut. Znów czekałam i okazało się, że zabrakło ryżu więc musiałabym czekać kolejne 20 minut lub dostanę mniejsze zamówienie za odliczoną kwotę. Pani odliczyła pieniążki, ale podała zła cenę, bo płaciłam mniej i trzeba się o to upominać. Sushi brałam na dwie osoby po uzgodnieniu z Panią a było tyle co kot napłakał.

Weiterlesen 目立たない外観で、店内は5人程度のカウンターに、8人程度が座れる座敷席と言った、こじんまりとしたお店でしたが、本格的なお寿司で、本当に美味しかったです。 特上を頂きましたが、醤油は使わず塩で食べるのですが、酢飯とネタの塩味が絶妙で、魚の味を極限まで引き出してる感じがして、感動しました。 目の前で握って提供され、すぐに食べられるカウンターがお勧めですね。 大将の人柄が滲み出ているようなお寿司で、カウンター越しの面白い話を聞きながら、次々と握られる寿司を食べるのは至高の一時でした。 また、佐伯に来たときは、ぜひ利用したいです。
