It took over five minutes to even be served, to then be told my order will take around fifteen minutes. Thirty minutes later I’m told they forgot to put my order in the oven! Absolutely disgraceful service, which was not helped with attitude from the management staff. 1/5*

When the food eventually came out it was disgusting…how can you mess up a burger…dry as old boots, clearly been sitting under a warmer, chips were cooked in old oil and tasted disgusting. Nachos brought out instead of chips…when we told the waiter he said he’ll bring some chips out but never did !! Badly run..understaffed, don’t come here, so much better places to go in the area. Won’t be returning

It is a very handy location for the cathedral and museum, both of which we were visiting, but nice and quiet.

Weiterlesen We took advantage of the buy one get one free offer available on Mondays and Tuesdays. You have to order a medium or large pizza. Herbies told us it would be about 30 minutes and it was. It was also very nice. We ordered the Hawaiian. We forgot to specify that we wanted an Italian Thin crust and were not asked what type and consequently got American Deep Crusts! So beware! They were still a delight!

I didn't expect to much from the place, as it is a mass production considering the position, but we got less then expected. Small portions, not seasoned enough... Warm food not hot, semi dry brownies, like they stayed 2hours under heat lights. Even that was enough as we were tired after long day, so didn't have energy to complain, but that is not all. Service poor to many people walking around empty handed, like they expect that someone else will do the job. Empty plates on table stayed longer time then what we wait for them to arive. No check ups, presume that it is easier not to deal with complains, then to improve. Still didn't finish deserts, and we were asked did we pre pay or got charged the bill. Without issuing the receipt wanted to charge so we needed to ask to print one for us, and on the top said that we can put tips how much we want. With all due respect for what? Experience in Legoland Park and Hotel is amazing. They deserve better restaurant to accompany it.

Weiterlesen Ordered a takeaway from them for my family. The food was sub standard, everything was too fatty. But it was the Crispy Duck half portion that we had ordered at nearly 20 pounds. This had no mate was just all shredded hard dark brown skin that had been over cooked. You literally could not chew through it. I called the restaurant who were uninterested. So I took the whole crispy duck portion, they tried to tel me that was normal pointed to the skin on a raw duck. I have Chinese 2-3 tines a month order duck every time have done for 20 years. I know what duck should taste be cooked like. It was abysmal. They offered me no exchange or refund when I said I wouldn’t order from them again, they said “good, goodbye”. Steer clear of this place with a barge pole! Much better Chinese restaurants in Reading!
