The vegan fish and chips were clearly from a frozen packet and came with some bland boiled peas and frozen chips. Staff didn't care when I asked about the onion rings and terrible food. If you are vegan,don't go here. There are way better options on any other corner in Soho.

I use this honestly as a back-up option, usually for business dinners (before COVID and now that they resuming) or if there is no other place with vegan friendly options nearby. Typically, I opt for the avocado toast that was made vegan and the vegan Lentil/dal dish. The food is always really beautiful looking and the taste is average. There are much better vegan options in London, so if you visit and you have time, I would suggest to find something more unique as this is an international chain. If not, Le Pain Quotidien is a suitable option that will do the job.

I have been to this location twice now in a month and can say this is the worst Boston Pizza I have ever been to. Does anyone even check food before sending it... I ordered a chicken pecan salad no pecan no egg. I received pecans and found a piece of egg in my salad, they clearly just picked it out. What if it were an allergy? My salad was also missing the chicken. The main part of this salad. When I called to let them know they were not apologetic and could have cared less. The second time my boyfriend and I sat in and had the worst service. Waited 20 minutes at the table before someone would serve us. Being a server myself I would understand if it was busy, but we were one of three tables. Get it together!
