It gives me the impression that a lot of the food has been pre-cooked and is simply brought to the guest quickly. At Lake Phönx the small portions are always hot.

The food was really very tasty. Unfortunately the waiting times are far too long. When we were seated at a table, the service didn't show up for 20 minutes. Dri... Another 10 minutes have passed. We were asked if we knew what we would like to eat. Everyone at the table said yes, but the service simply stopped again for about 20 minutes. It took almost 50 minutes before we could order our food. Salad buffet was only half full and not refilled. The food arrived wrong. But when we all had our food we were really excited. The taste was really great. Really tasty. It all just took far too long. There were only two other tables in the restaurant besides us. Even bringing a beer took 15 minutes because glasses were washed instead of just tapping the beer. It tasted so delicious. We won't be coming back for a while.
