Weiterlesen De regreso a Burgos, desde Madrid, decidimos parar en Aranda a comer en este asador guiado por las referencias de esta aplicación. Reservamos mesa para cuatro sin ningún problema. Decidimos compartir un ración de calamares, otra de pimientos con anchoas y bonito y una ensalada templada de gulas y gambas. Todas las raciones generosas en cantidad. Después llegó el momento del lechazo...Y como burgalés y experto degustador de este manjar de nuestra tierra castellana he de decir que es el mejor que he probado en toda mi vida. Perfecto en su toque de sal y en su tiempo de asado. Un sabor espectacular. El postre, apenas nos entraba, pero pudimos probar la tarta de queso casera, buenísimo. Llegó el momento de los cafés acompañado de licores ofrecidos gratuitamente por la casa. Mención especial a la camarera que nos atendió, simpática y atenta en todo momento. Está claro, salimos del restaurante asegurando que la próxima vez que quedamos comer lechazo, no nos importará coger el coche y tardar una hora para llegar al asador de Aranda y degustarlo de nuevo.

Weiterlesen Éramos un día abrumado por las reservas y entramos en el último. comimos el menú por 38€ por persona. la espera fue lo suficientemente larga para adelantarnos, traer el primero y el primero y el segundo. el primero eran todos ricos. los segundos un poco perezoso para lo esperado. hicieron un poco de problemas con el punto de las carnes y el chopton no tenía buen gusto, tenía un sabor raro y no notó carne de calidad. El cerdo era muy salado y tenían que cambiarlo. el personal muy amable y atento a pesar de estar saturado este día. el lugar muy acogedor.

Weiterlesen It is from personal experience. so the first impression of the restaurant was pretty, clean and tidy. the appetizer were three cold dishes - green soybeans, Chinese auberginensalat and brat/sweet meat. must say the quality was not stable. the aubergine was tasty; the beans were simply cooked without salt or additional seasoning; as for meat, some people got them beautiful, some got a bit very dry and chew like old tree trunk. Since then all dishes were not particularly delicious, either only chili taste, or black pfeffer taste, or just soy sauce. some are super salty. fish was fried, but only the roasted brot and the skin, hardly have fish. etc. I'm sorry for my guests. regarding the service was generally good. the people were friendly and offered the customers professional suggestions. Nevertheless, the table was constantly dirty and full directed by tellers and finished. it's not like we're so picky. we just sat there and drank with all finished eating and eating. the people said the hotpot was nice, but I probably wouldn't go back.

We stopped there for lunch after a one hour walk from Ellmau while on holiday in August last month. We had a great time and the food...was very nice indeed. We skied past this place several times in the winter but we never stopped here before. I can’t wait to stop here for lunch next winter. Awesome
