They serve sushi and Chinese food. When our server came by for the first time, I asked what her strong suit is in terms of continental preferences. This is NOVA, so a Chinese/Japanese restaurant is not unusual as Salvadorean/Mexical restaurants are also quite popular here. Our server let us know that the restaurant's focus was to bring traditional Chinese cuisine to NOVA. So we have basically just told our server what protein we prefer and left the dish behind. He brought a dish called twice boiled pork and a dish called steam beef and they were both great! The restaurant is so clean and modern. To get takeout or delivery from here would be great, but honest to sit with your family and share records!!!! (OH, I forget it's all in plates, so if I order mine, it's for the table. If you order your, it is for the table! It is the equivalent of a culinary hug. For me, it was an ingenious time with my niece, her husband and daughter who shared GREAT food and enjoyed the ingenious Loudon County Community Vibe.

They have a great and extensive wine selection to pair with their farm to table options. It's really nice that they switch over seasonal menus as well. The renovations are coming along really nice too!
