Weiterlesen You guys are incredibly careless. My family and I got really lucky that we DOUBLE CHECKED the items before we handed them to the person for whom the order was for. We ordered a BEYOND FAMOUS STAR because the individual it was for CANNOT EAT MEAT. Notout of some fashionable thing, but literally CANNOT EAT MEAT. Had they eaten it and possibly end up at the E.R., it would havebeen terrible. The entire order was mostly correct except for that one burger. This is unacceptable. This is like lazybaristas who give caffeinated coffee to someone who ordered decaf because they think it's funny. I get that mistakes happen,but you NEED TO QC items before just handing them off. I have filed a formal complaint with your corporate headquarters tofurther address this matter. Be happy this is me you will be dealing with, and not any of the Attorneys I work with. If thishad been a different outcome, the complaint you'd be receiving would be addressed via the Superior Court.
