Came inside to order, 4 different employees looked me in the eyes, disregarded I was there. Then5 min later someone finally came to take my order. I know it 's busy and people are short staffed, but a "I 'll be right with you "goes a long way. Great food, bad service.

I had a double scoop of eggnog ice cream in a cone and my husband had an eggnog shake. The eggnog ice creamwas good (it?s one of my favorites if not very favorite). The work area behind the counter was not as clean as the rest of theother Braum?s that I have been too. Maybe I caught them on a bad day? There were only 2 other people in the restaurant, but thedrive thru was busy it seemed. Maybe they are understaffed?
