We arrived from AZ with hopes of having a spicy pasta dish that was no longer on menu, but tastes of chili was great, although food didn't taste like authentic Mexican food.

We called 45 minutes before they close and there phone is busy the entire time. I tried calling and I know they do it on purpose so that they don't have to take orders late and that is terrible. I thought they were in business to make money not lose money. I'm sure I'm not the only one that was calling, can you imagine how much business they lost because people want to order take out.

Jon was both an attentive host and chef extraordinaire. So exciting to see that Fresh is moving in to their 4th St location. Fantastic to have another top notch food choice in the North Valley! I can 't wait to go back!

Then my wife?s order was cold, both the burger and fries, but they fixed it quickly. Our server was apologetic and called the manager. I don?t mind errors if they are addressed and fixed within a reasonable amount of time. In fact I enjoy observing how problems are handled. In this case I was happy how the manager and server handled it. By the way. The burgers weee delicious and the environment was pleasant. I will return to this location soon!

Weiterlesen My husband and I were part of a party of 5 on a busy day weekend Saturday. Two other of our party were upset that the only seat in less than an hour would have us in a distant space. They eat all the time at RL and felt that the back room service was always slow, inconspicuous, and eating always cold. But tonight the service and the food broke the "course". The whole food was nice and delicious. Our server was both professional and timely with a wonderful personality. The attention to cleanliness was excellent. She knew the menu well enough to recommend the most efficient way for me to maximize my desire for only coconut yarns alone. The pair that shared a feasting period not only received an extra empty plate; but everyone was served their own dishes with half each serving on each of their dishes. We were all impressed. Thank you. Red Lobster, for a fabulous dinner in a busy night. The cookies remain an endlessly warm joy and the only way to improve the experience would be to bring back the bread bowl of food.
