Meal arrived sat down to begin to find poppadoms are stale an soft and onion bhajis are burnt all the way through they just crumbled, so I called the restaurant to be greeted by a very rude member of staff who told me I would receive free next time I used them; i then said I would check the rest of the meal and call back. I called the restaurant back an informed them food was not acceptable as the curries had split it was like a carton of cream mixed with oil no taste and no spice they replied to call just eat for a refund. After dealing with just eat I was informed I would receive £8,75 refund not the full amount of the meal as promised on the phone, when my girlfriend called up the restaurant to request full refund telling them the food is disgusting they refused refund an acknowledged that the food is terrible. This is the worst treatment I have ever received. The food sent was not fit for a dog.
