I really appreciate that they come out as fast as they did and do what they could offer a better experience and service level. I ordered chicken swarms for delivery before closing last night. What I got was a mix between a Shima and a Donair. It had chicken, very little salad, onions, tomatoes and very little sauce (if any). There were no pickles or pickled beet at all. I also called them before closing to confirm my order would be delivered and there was no mention of these changes or substitutions. I was hungry, so I ate the food that was delivered, but it certainly wasn't what I ordered.

I had the mushrooms and duck the pasta and it was pretty bad. the pasta was overboiled and the whole thing was. a big sloppy chaos that was barely edible. my friend had the burger. he said it wasn't too bad, but the speck was understated. I didn't mind that the long waiting period was too much, but would have liked it better if it were worth it. the same great service, but eating is overpriced and not as good as before.

The worst part was when we called to have it resolved and get our money back or order something else they...refused to make something else and they offered us 20% off of our next order. Of course we declined as we will not be ordering from there again. Very disappointed with the customer service.

One table is immediately inside the doors with a feeling your in the way of everyone, we sat at a table near the back where I had a prime view of the bathroom. Thankfully though they redeemed themselves with stellar food. My advice would be to work on the decor and the set up of the physical restaurant.
