Weiterlesen About 10 years ago I worked in the area and got lunch here all the time. I moved further up north and don't come down to South County very often. Today I was nearby and knew I had to come for lunch. So glad the food is still great tasting! I highly recommend it for their great sandwiches. My favorite is the fresh mozz and tomato.

I had to wait quite a long while for my second beer. The waiting time for the food was also quite long, but nice snacks were provided. Also, at least two different of the waiters seemed a little deaf, we felt like we had to shout the orders or questions at them, and one of our orders was delivered completely wrong (we got a sandwich instead of the swordfish). This mistake was corrected without argument somewhat quickly though.

It genuinely felt like we were in a weird movie the staff acted like they had never even been in a restaurant before, never mind worked in one. The server was either obnoxiously hovering or nowhere to be found. We were 1 of 3 tables in there at 8pm on a Friday night and most of the staff was just behind the bar socializing. Some of the food and drinks we ordered never showed up, but there was no one to ask. The food was… food. Edible but generally lacking flavor. We had to send one dish back as the chicken was not cooked all the way. The lasagna looked amazing, but came out cold. The pizza was burnt. They tried to clear plates that people were still eating from but left dishes and glasses that were actually empty. We had to ask for the check and then waited 20 minutes for it. Very strange. Would not recommend and disappointed that I went out of my way to take friends there from out of town.
