Weiterlesen My wife and I decided to try this restaurant for the first time last night 3/18/22 we enjoyed the atmosphere and the food was good as well but what impressed us the most was our waiter Tyrell. It appeared that they were short staffed. Tyrell seated us was busing the tables taking orders throughout the restaurant and even though he seemed a little overwhelmed he still kept a positive attitude. If I owned a business this is the type of star employee I would want to work for me

Weiterlesen When I go here during the day, the employees are usually great. but I went tonight and waited in the lobby for almost 30 minutes to make my order wrong. there was a long drive through the line so I came to the lobby, hoping for faster service. but it seemed as if they had carried out the entire journey first. when my order was finally finished, I said thank you and I didn't get a word back, not even eye contact. it seemed as if the employees didn't care. I understand that it will be busy and mistaken, but they can at least react to the customers when they talk to them.
