The service was somewhat inattentive – no one greeted us, and there was a long wait to pay because they were busy chatting about personal matters with another guest. The table wasn't cleaned after the previous guests – we had to wipe up the crumbs ourselves. The soap dispenser in the restroom was empty. Unfortunately, our visit was disappointing, so we won't be returning.

Today, I ordered a takeaway roll and asked for the sauce to be left on the side instead of the dish, but my request was ignored! Not to mention the waitress tried to cheat me when paying. Incidentally, they allowed me to pay by card this time, as last time they made me look for an ATM. I’d like to draw management’s attention to the behavior of your staff, especially when it comes to ingredients in dishes that people ask to be omitted or at least placed separately. This is important to people, not just a pet peeve or whim. Staff can’t afford to ignore such a request, which for some is vital! Thank you for your attention.

This hasn't surprised us for a long time now, considering how businesses operate in Germany, but it's still unpleasant. How is it even possible for the restaurant to be open if all it can offer are crisp peppers and salads? Oh, come on! Furthermore, instead of the normal customer service I expected, I later received a complaint about my review, being called a liar—simply outrageous. Your communication as a restaurant is at a level of zero—a disgrace!
