Had lunch at Dewey's today for the first time in a while. The service was fantastic and the pizza was delicious (as always). I highly recommend Dewey's! We?ve had one of the employees call us for a 4 sandwich pickup order and try to pressure us out of canceling it cause they?re ?too busy? to accommodate it. Serv... Weiterlesen We?ve had one of the employees call us for a 4 sandwich pickup order and try to pressure us out of canceling it cause they?re ?too busy? to accommodate it. Service is also 50/50. Half the time the employees are rude, the other half they?re okay. Also,what?s up with the mobile ordering? Can?t even place a pick up order? This has been a consistent issue for a while now. It doesseem like they have a new, more friendly staff now. We?ll see how the business fairs in the coming months.

That's probably my favorite Jimmy John's. Service was very rude. I have two little guys who don't need a complete sandwich and they've always shared one. I aske... I asked for a simple Vito with salad on 1/2 the sandwich-a child likes it, not a child. Both workers said rudely that they wouldn't. I asked that it cut half and some salad on the side, again a very rude no. So I picked up my sandwich and put it on my son. He was annoyed the salad had Mayo and Vinaiigrette on it. Thanks, guys! Sorry to ask for 3 ¢ value of salad when we were spent over $25 for lunch. I love Jimmy John's and I'll go to any place, but this one.

They Never get an order right. Tonight they completely outdid themselves. We ordered only two sandwiches, And it was still too difficult for them to handle. I understand mistakes happen but this place never fails to disappoint. I don't know why I keep going back except for my kid all of the. JJBLT. I think what made the situation worse is the smart mouth a little girl that wanted to argue with me about what I was actually looking at. She said she made those sandwiches herself and she was positive she put avocado on it she told me to turn the sandwich over and lift up everything ... and I did and it wasn't. However that wasn't the only thing wrong but instead of listening to me she wanted to argue about it . I wouldn't of called for missing avocado as I said they never get it right anyway so I half expected either the bacon avocado or cheese to be missing as it usually is, but there was nothing that we asked for on either sandwich. We will never ever ever ever ever go to the store again unless I am going there to complain.
