The seating and aesthetic of the place is the first thing you notice with plenty of outdoor/patio seating, a good size bar, wood accents everywhere and everything as clean as could be.The service was great, although the food did take a little long to come out, the taste of it made up for that. Menu selectionwas great and the prices were what you would expect for a place as nice as this. Overall, its hard to find a negative aboutBa-Sa, would definitely recommend, but remember it gets super busy!

And they recently updated the outside signs.entrance so there?s that too. I?ve heard many interesting storiesfrom my sister about working there but none of them terrible to make this lower then a 3 star, and none of them too alarming.Although this is much closer to a 3 star then a 5 star I will say that. Just come here for the bagels, and eat it at a parknearby. The shared bathrooms are pretty disgusting and the space feels kinda dreary and dirty, so trust me when I say justquickly getting your bagel and don?t dine in. Also, don?t get anything else then a bagel?unless you really want it, but its abagel shop, so don?t be that guy who gets the weird soup or whatever. (Again unless you really want it) After living down thestreet from this place for 16+ years, my go to order was a sourdough bagel and either normal cream cheese or strawberry creamcheese. That?s another thing, their cream cheese?s are homemade and very very good, try them. This is probably the longestreview I?ve ever written and I could probably go on but I?ll stop here. Me and my family have been on a food tour of Seattle trying to find the best Filipino food and this place definitely made it?s way to second place (oriental market in pike place being #1). If you?re in the area this is a must. Theowner and staff are also very friendly accommodating us even after they closed! Menu has a lot to offer which I love andeverything was clean and nice in appearance. And in classic Filipino fashion, everything is family sized so expect to share oreat a lot!

Despite the somewhat grey, wet weather, you could sit outside because it was covered and they had a heater turned on above the table. Very accommodating, friendly staff. Come back! P.S. There were no paper straws in the cocktails, but reusable metal ones. Big plus point for me.

The ambience is very nice, a large room with several tables and nice relaxed music in the background. Not too loud and just right for winding down in the evening. We had a starter of tomato cream soup and two main courses. The presentation on the plate was different than usual, but it looked very tasty and great. We really enjoyed it and will definitely be making another visit. Price-performance is completely within the framework and you are very happy to pay.
