Weiterlesen During my 2 month stay in Bogota I went to this restaurant at least twice a week, the food was that good. The chef/owner spent some time in Lima learning Peruvian cuisine. One of the secrets to his great sauces is the fusion of Peruvian chaufa sauces and cooking styles with traditional favorites like lomo saltado and pulpo al olivo. The portions are large and very satisfying. My personal favorite is lomo saltado in oyster sauce. My second favorite is parihuela, and my third favorite, well heck, they were all my favorites. I could never decide which one I liked the most, because I liked them all. The restaurant has a bistro style decor and the kitchen, which is very clean is visible as you walk in. The service is super friendly. Ask for Paula and she will really give you great service with a winning smile. There is a good wine selection, too, along with decent desserts and a good espresso. There is fast, free wi-fi, too. And, the best part, aside from the delicious food, the wonderful wait staff and personal attention from the chef, is the very reasonable pricing. As you can tell, I strongly recommend this restaurant to all. There are some vegan and vegetarian dishes, too.

The Chimichurri came out boiled for perfection and the frits were beautiful and crispy as I like them.

El mal servicio, la gente llegó durante 20 minutos, no los atendieron ni la carta que les dieron) y se fueron y la gente que se había encargado de decirnos que éramos muy malos, pero así decidí esperar. Pedimos una entrada de calamares y una paella del tipo una coca cola y una limonada de coco Los calamares estaban bien probados, recién preparados pero la presentación si dolía q ni quería tomar una foto me dio. La paella dijo que vine con cerdo de pollo y conejo y la verdad que nunca encontramos el conejo además de q estaba sin sal y en mi opinión la falta de cocina, en una mesa vecina dijeron que parecía risotto. Por último, la limonada de coco fue tan mala que estoy tratando de conseguir un cambio para una soda. Sólo había un camarero que tenía una idea y trató de saltar. Finalmente debido al retraso nos trajeron algunos albondigas gratuitos para el retraso, pero la verdad era cruda e insípida. Definitivamente uno de los peores restaurantes que he visitado por última vez este restaurante esta diagonal a otro muy conocido donde espera por media hora para entrar, identificar que mucha gente fue a esto para no hacer fila por al final eran arrepentidos.
