I know a few restaurants with this concept. But here we have one of the worst implementations. Some things like duck and chicken from the pre-cooked dishes were not fully cooked. Even with the things that are cooked for a fresh meal, the things were not cooked through, which I consider to be high in fat. And the sushi was worse than that from the discount store.
