Weiterlesen We celebrated a group family birthday on Sunday and the restaurant attended to us just fine. The food was really good. I went with 1lb of jumbo crawfish with potatoes and sausage. My brother got 3lbs with shrimp, so I shared with him after I finished mine. We got calamari as an appetizer on top of the chips and salsa they provide. I personally didn’t like the texture of the calamari, but others might. Overall the service was great. The waiter we had was very attentive. The price was reasonable and the family enjoyed their meals. Great for groups. I’m not sure the total cost, because my brother paid. Thanks for taking the time to read my review.

Weiterlesen We came here on a short trip to Galveston and were not disappointed. We started with the Tuna Poke bowl, which was fresh and tasty. Then we had the BLVD Sampler that was amazing. The catch of the day was a redfish that was darkened to perfection. There were large bay shrimps and scallops that were both tasty. We also added a fried soft bowl crab that was totally worth it and something I would recommend in this dish because they do so well. For cocktails we tried the wave? Bourbon pecan pie, a coconut margarita and those? Nippy Pear?. I would recommend each one of them because they were all refreshing. Misty Joe, our server, was bubbly and a lot of fun. She made several recommendations that turned out to be perfect. Overall, this was a great experience at one of the best seafood varieties we have? I was there. I would highly recommend!

There weren't to many guests in there until a little after 5:30pm, and I'm glad we got there right before guests filled up the restaurant. Our server was very attentive and informed us of the day's catch and specials, especially the Happy Hour drink menu. ? For our family of 4, we ordered 3 entrees and shared them. I had 2 drinks, and we had just enough room for 2 desserts that we shared.

I'm never a smoked salmon fan as he tends to be very fishy, but that was so fresh.. without this strong smoked salmon aftertaste.. and so delicious! I had the Zedernplank salmon so delicious for my entrée. My husband had the Gumbo, said it was the best he ever had.. along with the BLVD sampler, also so delicious! Our server was so attentive and very appealing, I totally forgot his name. so sorry! He was also kind enough to write a free dessert plate with happy birthday on him next to a sample of cheesecake! Be careful, we ordered the Crème Brule Trio thought it would be a sampler board NOT!! it is definitely too much for two people to share. We couldn't finish it! But again, so delicious!!! The only drawback is that is very loud in the restaurant. We had a difficult time to talk to each other. It seemed a diner or burger joint before BLVD seafood, according to the decor and decor. The tables are very close together, there is also a bar area. It is a very small restaurant, so reservations are recommended for busy nights. You can certainly not expect a quiet, intimate dinner. I'm not sure why the sound level was so high, but the food makes it safe. Fine food safe!!
