We ate there as a family, 2 adults a teen and a kid, and a friend of us ordering pizza and one plate of tagliolini. The pasta was very good and the bread served... Weiterlesen We ate there as a family, 2 adults a teen and a kid, and a friend of us ordering pizza and one plate of tagliolini. The pasta was very good and the bread served with it was fresh and probably homemade. The pizza was good...and tasty even if I found weird the use of feta cheese in a quattro formaggi , but this is only my personal taste. Price was not low, but considering the quality and the average prices in Vienna, it was ok.

Weiterlesen Gasthaus Hansy on Heinestraße is a really good restaurant with an excellent side-bar that offer's an excellent range of food and drink's and was one of the many places we visited on our six day trip to Vienna. Housed in a very distinct tiled building...with a brilliant interior with nice furnishings and nice decor throughout the whole interior.It has a superb side-bar which looks brilliant and this is were we sat when we visited. We visited mid-afternoon and the side-bar wasn't particularly busy but the main room was rammed.When we visited we had a few glasses of Budweiser Budvar beers a really good Czech Republic beer that where very refreshing and well priced. This is an excellent restaurant and bar and is well worth visiting and is very easy to find from Praterstern U Bahn it's only a minute's walk. (This is my first review of Gasthaus Hansy). I ordered an Aperol spritz and the waiter answered me in an unpolite...manner that this is a restaurant and I can go somewhere else for a drink. I was shocked. We have visited this restaurant many times before with the whole family and I was just disappointed. We will never visit this place again! Rude and arrogant staff. Food is ordinary, nothing special. DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!

Why? because you find all you want : cordiality, excellent food we have tried...meat but also pizzas and are both perfect as taste and cooking) ..the place is furnished very well..you listen nice music ...a pleasant smell of.genuine cooking in the air ...all is excellent..and desserts...uau...wonderful tiramisu...but excellent pizza verde pizza francobollo...rotolino...chicken wigs ..beef..special burger...only 1 problem Francobollo is not in Italy...and the manager? Nice person, friendly and smiling as all.waiters! A gorgeous experience!

Booked in at the last minute after a serious days sight seeing needed to eat local to our hotel and after Wiener Schitzel and Goulash for days fancied something... Weiterlesen Booked in at the last minute after a serious days sight seeing needed to eat local to our hotel and after Wiener Schitzel and Goulash for days fancied something lighter ! The owner is a real character and saw us to a nice table...and suggested a decent white wine we all had starters seafood salad for the guys and salad Caprese for the girls, all good , we had steak in a tomato sauce and the girls had fish all veg very fresh and seasonal, we ducked of desserts but had nice coffees. At around Euros each it wasn't cheap but well worth it for the great service and nice food ..... would recommend
