Two of our 4s party had played in Royan Golf and on our way...back our wife had called to say that we had a reservation here at 9 a.m. Upon arrival in the restaurant at 21:02 (internet timed), almost the most rude woman I ever had to meet the misfortune just said non. We tried to explain that we had a reservation, but the woman facing Sourpuss would not let us stop and just not say, not, not. We advised the owners where we stayed from what had happened and to say that they were foolishly embarrassing an understatement. I'd never be here for free. Terrible.

Hotel very comfortable, extremely quiet, good menus, good wine selection , helpful...staff geared to golfers. Will go back.
