Weiterlesen If you want authentic Mexican street food, this is the place to go. Their menu has options for everyone! We started with the queso. It was thick but still a great consistency for dipping. And then chips were warm and slightly charred, which was a great touch. For a meal, I got the chicken street tacos. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and didn't overpower the other toppings. There was a lot of cilantro on the tacos, but I like that. The three tacos were plenty to fill me up. My wife got the quesadilla. She usually gets a quesadilla anytime we get Mexican, and she said this one was amazing. My parents split the burrito, which was huge and stuffed to the max. After our meals, we were stuffed. But given how great the meals were, we figured we had to try the fried ice cream. This was a great ending to a great meal. All 4 of us shared this dessert since it was so large. The owners were working while we were there, and they made sure everything was great! We were here around closing time, and they even cut up some watermelon and gave it to us as a little bonus dessert. Plus they were super friendly and you can tell they care about the food. This place is a little difficult to find we entered from the back alley/street, but I'm not sure if there's an entrance in the front of the building. But once you find this place it is oh so worth it. This is exactly what Bedford needed!

Weiterlesen Museum is quite diverse for its size. Staff is extremely personal and friendly. They have a huge Irish Deer which is pretty impressive (you can also find one in the Field Museum). Definitely worth an hour or so to peruse and support the Elgin community for only $2!
