She gave me choices for three different themes and helped walk me through her vision of each one.. we ended up choosing a Hawaiian theme and she cooked amazing Huli Huli Chicken, Kaula Pulled Pork (with Jackfruit for a vegan option). She was accommodating every step of the way, great with communication. She used local vegetables for a beautiful root vegetable salad.. literally could not have asked for better food. My event was a success thanks to her cooking. She was absolutely a gem to work with and I would highly recommend her for catering events.
