The staff is friendly and are very professional. A great place to watch a game, especially the Cubs and the Blackhawks!

Weiterlesen My title was poor service, it really should have been NO SERVICE, our mistake going into this place . We are an elderly couple , do not have any piercings, tattoos, or multi-colored hair so my guess is we were not welcome. When we entered the person behind the counter was waiting on another couple, we patiently waited for our turn after about 10 minutes they were done. We stepped up to the counter thinking it was now our turn, I might mention only two tables were occupied total of four people in the establishment , the person turned and busied himself on the back counter, ignoring our presence completely. Again we waited patiently after several minutes I said “ it appears they are to busy here to wait on customers “ no reaction , no I will be with you shortly, nothing. We left , could not recommend this place to any one that I know and associate with.
