Let's talk about meals: I didn't feel like the rice was the rice itself, it lacked a little salt (and I'm a fan of using little salt, but let's just say I didn't taste it in the risotto dishes. Very good salads. I ordered one with filet mignon and one with seafood, both of which left me a little upset. The one with filet mignon came in 3 little pieces in which you couldn't even distinguish the protein used, the one with seafood came with half a piece of mussel, shrimp. None of it came (not even in the risotto, which I had also ordered with seafood), a very small piece of squid, which meant it ended up causing a certain amount of frustration. (I informed the guy about the matter, I ordered the same dish again without success). I ordered one dish at a time and there was no delay in delivery of the dishes. I didn't have the broths due to the extreme heat, so there's no way I can talk about the broths.
