Weiterlesen Staying at Deerhurst resort, Huntsville location says it delivers out here so placed an order at 5:23. At 6:15 called to check on it, transferred to customer service who told us pizza was at the store but should be here in 15-20 minutes. 6:55 still had nothing, called customer service again to ask about pizza and were told 10 minutes. Asked to talk to a manager and the guy hung up on us. Pizza arrived at 7:00, and was luke warm. Maybe they should just not deliver out to Deerhurst if they can't get it together.

Tested a few things and execution was great on all fronts-flavor consistency on point and overall very pleasant and tasty with none of these brushes or branches and pellets vibe that you can sometimes get with raw food:P also the chocolates are amazing! more people need to know about this hidden gem

Weiterlesen We arrived on New Years Eve to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary with family. When we arrived they couldn 't locate the online reservation that I had made days prior, and my wife had confirmed by phone the day before. The manager came over and suggested we had made the reservation at a different Garduno 's location. I showed him my email confirmation and they said they would get a table set up for us as quickly as possible. 30 minutes later we were seated. When the waitress arrived, she seemed put out that she had to wait on us and only provided menus for about half of the people in out party. I 'm not sure if she had New Years Eve plans and was trying to get off of work, but her attitude was horrible and the service just as bad. When the food arrived, they realized that they had forgotten to make my order. My plate arrived as everyone else was finishing up their dinner, so I ate about half and took the rest home. We used to enjoy eating at this Gardunos and always had great experiences, but something has changed. Needless to say, based on how we were treated that night, none of our family will ever return to eat there.
