I had a salad that was the most delicious salad I've had in forever. If you haven't been give it a shot.It's like fast food Mexican that blows taco cabana out of the water with quality , quantity and flavor

We arrived at 2:50 for a tour along with a number of other people and the bartender didn?t seem to know whatwe were talking about. There was no way to schedule a tour on the site and the brewing area was dark and empty a bit odd.However! The beer itself is delicious and the atmosphere is laid back and fun. They have a lot of games and an outdoor space forcooler weather.

From the friendly, welcoming, and helpful service from our waiter, Ricardo, to the beautifully crafted drinks, to the delicious and authentic food, I can honestly say the experience wehad at Cuishe was 10/10. While deciding which drink to order, I asked Ricardo about the ?cricket salt? that was used on the rimfor the ?Aguascalientes?, and he was nice enough to bring us some crickets to try! (I will say, I found out that I am not a fanof eating crickets ????, but it was still fun to try something new! You can tell Ricardo really cared about our experience andwas always checking in to see if we needed anything. There was also live music from a great band, which we found out is thereevery Thursday. My mom and I are big fans of fruity drinks, so we ordered the ?Veracruz? (cucumber flavored drink and the?Aguascalientes? (watermelon flavored drink; but I asked for it with a Tajin rim , and for my dad, Ricardo recommended the?Cantarito?. All three drinks were amazing! We would definitely go back for the drinks alone, but the food was also just asgood! For our appetizer, we ordered the ?Camarones Cuishe?, the ?Chicharron de Pulpo?, and the ?Fresh Guacamole con PanelaAsado?. For our meals, we ordered the ?Tacos de Camaron?, the ?Flautas?, and the ?Arrechara?. Safe to say we will DEFINITELY beback again, and next time we will hopefully try one of their desserts! We grabbed dinner Friday, and it was the perfect relaxed spot. The interior is nicely decorated and in the inner circle, they had a pianist playing very nice music. For dinner, we started with the chips and chicharones and drinks. Thedrinks are smooth and strong. The chicharones were also fresh and good as well. They give you two salsas, but we preferred thesalsa verde. It could use some heat, but its still tasty. For our main course, we had the duck flautas and rib-eye tacos. Thepicture for the tacos came out blurry, but they were really good! Both plates were good, and all the ingredients werefresh. For dessert we went with a classic chocolate cake. The cake was good, but it was cold in the middle. I would have givena full five stars if it wasn't for that. All around a good place for a nice dinner.
