I ordered pretzels knots for an appetizer and it took them an hour to being them out then they weren'teven cooked all the way with barely any dipping sauce. The waiter would disappear for 15 min at a time and wouldn't get us whatwe asked, I never got any refills on my drink. The table across from us had to go get their own food and people were grabbingtheir own boxes as well. I was exited to go because I went only once and loved it but now because of their place I will never goagain. Good job buffalo wild wings.

I ordered the shrimp tacos and it came with three soft shells spread across the bottom with filling on the top.Of corse shells were soggy and fillings were flavorless. Hubby ordered some sort of burrito and couldn?t eat his either as thesteak, chicken and mystery meat were tough with no flavor. Garbage is too nice a word to describe the food.
