I think it 's fair to save as much money(honestly as a business can and I think every business tries to do the same. In my experience, my wife and I ordered Saag Panir( Paneer from the menu along with Mixed Grill . We received okay tasting Mixed Grill and a good tasting Saag Paneer. The problem with Saag Paneer was that there wasn 't any Paneer in it. It was Tofu(Way cheaper than paneer and similar looking . You aren 't supposed to do that. Most of my experience was okay other than the fact that they tried to stiff me by giving tofu instead of paneer. I know the difference very well and thus we found out. People who haven 't had paneer would be deprived off the real(contract item per menu.It could be a fault of the chef/cooking staff. I totally understand that and I request the owner(s to educate their staff or not do such a silly thing(if done on purpose .
