On a scale of freshness, a clear 5 stars. Someone knows their fish and that highly evident. Their soup and soft shell crab is also delicious. I will critique their sushi roll portion sizes. For $15 a roll, one expects to feel full on 2 rolls. The portions were much smaller than expected for the price. With that said, the portions of my other options were good, and the food was super tasty. This place carries a good reputation and has been around for a long time. It's worth giving a try.
