The room was old 1980s. Bathtub with shower curtain, carpet from the period, curtains dingy, furniture scratched, poor lighting in the room and bathroom, beds sagging with cracks for visitors, pillows too. The only positive thing was that the rooms were separated from the hallway by an extra door. Therefore very quiet. You actually have to give feedback by 8:00 p.m. if you want the room cleaned. There weren't even any fresh towels during the 3-day stay! Even that would have had to be ordered again!?!?! We didn't book breakfast, but I think it's expensive at 21 euros. Entrance to the spa area (I've never had to pay extra in a hotel with a spa area) but the area was okay. The staff was very nice (can't do anything for the old rooms). But I hoped for more under Radisson. The location can be improved, the connection to the city is okay, but personally I would never book so far from the center again on a city trip. CONCLUSION: Far too expensive for the old rooms. Then better B&B..

And the meat was lukewarm, even though I didn't have it far home. I'll have a pizza again next time, it's definitely hot.

We had Butter Naan, Mango Chicken (mild), Chicken Korma (slightly spicy) and Mango Lassis delivered to our home. The delivery finally came after an hour delay and two calls. This would still be forgivable if the food were excellent. Worst Indian ever in Ortenau. The chicken was tough, the sauces were way too runny and didn't taste like anything, just sweet, they probably came from a can (Mango Lassis also came in bottles, way too sweet by the way). The slight spiciness I ordered was completely missing. The only good thing was the rice, but you can't go wrong with that.
