It was my birthday and I wanted to go somewhere special. Max's Tavern was that place!! The service was amazing, and the food and drinks were excellent. A varied... Weiterlesen It was my birthday and I wanted to go somewhere special. Max's Tavern was that place!! The service was amazing, and the food and drinks were excellent. A varied menu that made it hard to decide. I started with fresh oysters that were so delicious I would have ordered a dozen but wanted an entrée. I chose the seared duck. It melted in my mouth. My martini was made to order, and the bartender kept my preferences! I was impressed. I did want to have dessert and decided to have the banana pudding and indulge at home......I woke up with a food hangover, and it was worth the pain! I highly recommend Max's for your next dining experience. And, I must give a shout out to my server, Jack, who made the evening even better with his efforts. Only he knows!!!
