18.09.2023 - 08:40If I could give them 0 stars, I would! We ordered $60+ worth of lunch combos that were supposed to come with egg rolls and we didn?t get them when they were delivered! We then called and spoke to someone who was incredibly rude! She refused to even listen when we explained what happened with the egg rolls and lack of flatware, then said rudely spoke over us, and ended up hanging up on us twice! Another person who was visiting tried to call back and order the egg rolls since she claimed that they didn?t come with the combos, even though on their menu through DoorDash said that they did! She ended up cancelling that persons order who was a guest in the same household and said that she didn?t want out business and hung up on us again! We have patronized this company for years and are very dissatisfied and disappointed and the lack of customer service skills and professionalism of this company and will be reaching out to the BBB to report this! We paid for product that we didn?t receive abs on top of it, we?re spoken to in a crude manner and then disregarded! Do not waste your time with this place!

15.06.2023 - 13:51Staff was friendly. However, my carryout order was prepared incorrectly twice. I had to wait inside the restaurant for over a half an hour for it to be remade twice. At no point did the nice young lady recite my order back to me to confirm she understood. Perhaps some more in depth training from management would help. She was very friendly and wanting to help. Not sure what management was doing, seeing as with the multiple errors, no member of management came over.

10.05.2023 - 17:42The staff was very friendly and the waitress we had was very good to answer our questions as we were never there. The menu is very like a construction of your own plate type of setup. It was kind of overwhelming to find out what to look for if you are looking for a planned dish to order. Each product on the plate was an add-on. Unless you ordered the dinners on the back. I loaded the 12 cattle nachos. It comes stacked with each chip. That was nice, because usually in Nachos you have a stack and half of the chips hardly get anything on them. I was filled and could not finish all 12

30.12.2022 - 12:31Experience in the theory I had it ever. order with the app, an hour before. I walked in and was ignored by every employee. had to scream to get someone's attention after trying for 20 minutes. it was said rudely that "use the kiosk". I came 15 minutes after my order was to do and they didn't even begin. simple milkshakes, given me warm with zero taste. tested like a cold water, with disgusting tassen. the customer service is long gone.

10.12.2022 - 22:20Das Museum ist schön, aber im Restaurant hatte ich das schlechteste Erlebnis, das ich je erlebt habe. Es gab nicht genügend Server, es dauerte mehr als 10 Minuten, um das Menü zu bekommen, da der einzige Server sehr beschäftigt war. Außerdem gab es im Restaurant eine Art Veranstaltung, sodass wir dort nicht sitzen durften, also waren wir draußen, aber am Tisch direkt neben uns rauchten die Leute. Ich denke, sie hätten bei dieser Veranstaltung einen Raucher- und einen Nichtraucherbereich einrichten sollen. Am Ende gingen wir ohne etwas zu essen, weil es unmöglich war, einen freien Kellner zu finden. Der Manager kümmerte sich nicht um die Beschwerde, als ich mit ihm sprach, und ließ mich einfach in Ruhe …

10.12.2022 - 17:35We have been happy regulars at the Schäferstube for over 15 years and this was our first visit since Covid. We had booked to celebrate my wife 's birthday and my first surprise was that we could only book a 6 8pm slot but, as...my wife 's birthday is the day before Valentine 's Day, we 're used to restaurants being busy. We turned up 15 minutes early so as not to be pressured over dinner and, with luck, our table was ready so that was positive. Our second surprise was that the menu has reduced in size and variety. There used be a good choice of local and European dishes but we struggled a bit to find something special. My wife chose a Cordon Bleu and I chose a Pulled Pork burger. My burger was good quality but a bit limited in garnishes, my wife 's meal was overdone and rather stodgy. We took a reasonable time over our three course meal and bottle of wine finishing just before 8pm. We were considering coffee but at one minute past 8, the windows were flung open, admitting the winter chill. It was clearly time to leave. I know we had booked a 6 8 slot but I assumed there 'd be some leeway. The bill arrived and at ChF 200 was in line with what I would expect to pay at the Schäferstube though, previously, that would probably have included coffee and a liqueur. Given the disappointing menu, time pressure and the final straw, that we charged ChF 4 for half a litre of tap water, we left feeling we had been overcharged and 'processed through '. The Schäferstube used to be relaxed, quality restaurant and I expected to pay a premium for a good evening meal in nice surroundings. This time the outcome was disappointing. I 'll be wary about returning which is very sad.

09.09.2022 - 14:30I use to love this place. I went last year and got the appetizer platter. Everything was great except for the chicken. Dry and testless. This time I got the kabob sandwich. Meat was dry, tough and bland. The gyro sauce sucked. Not sure if I will go back. The service was not great either.
