Though they have several tasty options with gluten, like the tortilla, I actually felt like their gluten-free options tasted much better, like the raw zucchini noodles in pesto, guacamole, pickled onions, zucchini lasagna, stuffed potatoes, farofa, and hummus. The vegan cheesecake has a fine cheese flavor, more reminiscent of the cashews really, but still pretty good. If you order the vegan cheese melt, I recommend either removing the caramelized onions or asking them to put less, because it usually comes with more onions than cheese, and it just tastes too sweet to my taste. The vegan banana chocolate sauce also tastes great (for a fee for the cashew milk), highly recommended.
