Weiterlesen Having a couple of hours to wait until the Wool Museum opened we went into L'Ospitale Del Brillo for lunch. It is small and populor but we had a table for two almost immediately. I wanted the osso buco but it was sold out, so I setlled for a Tuscan beef stew simple and delicious, with a portion of superb fries. My wife, not feeling she could manage a main course, had the mixed crostini (and shared some of my fries! The creme brulee for my dessert was perfect; my wife sampled a selection of ice cream. Finished off with an espresso and a grappa perfetto! Very friendly (and English speaking) waitress, moderate prices I would recomend a meal here if you are in the area.
