I wonder how I had not known about this place which is here for more than a year and I was more than delighted when I visited it with a friend today who suggested it!<br/ <br/ Hot pot is essentially a cooking method where in the broth is simmering on your table. You can order the base broth here, some veggies, proteins, accompanying sauces, noodles of your choice! Serve yourself the noodles and put in the veggies and protien into the hot pot, wait for few minutes and top it on the noodles along with other condiments and TADA! So its literally like cooking your own meal!<br/ <br/ We ordered a half and half pot with sichuan pepper and shitake mushroom broth as base! Both insanely delicious on its own! Along with chicken as protein, some glass noodles and an array of veggies! The roasted chilli oil also deserves a mention amongst all the sauces!<br/ <br/ The hot pot takes time to arrive at the table so order accordingly. We finished some dimsums by that time! Overall the meal was so satisfying and I can't wait to spend another lazy afternoon there. It's a small cozy place with 4-5 tables and I was actually surprised with the small kitchen they have to manage it!It also was my first experience of a hot pot meal and I'm super happy to know such a place exists in Pune ! The place also serves some sushi, baos, dimsums, soups, curries, desserts and coffee!
