Weiterlesen We drove from Florence AL approximately 1 1/2 as we were told the festival was an authentic German Oktoberfest. The beer might be authentic German but the food was a joke. The snitzel was not from scratch or fresh. Looked and tasted like a frozen patty that had been deep fried. Potatoe salad was good but not what I call German. Again looked like it came from Sam's warehouse.So we tried the braut. The bun was dry and fell apart at the first bite. The braut was charred (burnt). Potatoe salad was different to say the least.The kettle corn was good.Overall, we won't go back.
