Weiterlesen We recently had our wedding at the Resort and Conference center. We originally had it planned at the Hyannis Golf Course but due to a pipe burst, we had a few months to had to find a new venue and re-plan an entire wedding. I emailed so many hotels and Cailin responded to me within 24 hours. She met us with two days and helped us re-plan an entire wedding. Cailin herself is just incredible, I could go on and on about her, she is responsive, (always within a day even when on vacation! she cares, gives good and valuable input and was there every step of the way. She made sure I could get into our suite early to get ready, which was complimentary since we're having the wedding at the resort, which was very generous. Cailin and Tommy went above and beyond. Tommy got us golf carts to go take pictures on the green and even offered to follow my husband home with his own truck with any of our leftover decorations the next morning. There was a slight food mix up and Cailin had it fixed within the hour. If you read this far, I highly HIGHLY suggest them. Incredible service, friendly staff, genuine care and attention to detail. All while planning a wedding with the bride, not even a wedding planner. Absolutely incredible.
