Die Speisekarte bietet eine Vielzahl von lokalen und internationalen Gerichten. Während wir die Speisekarte studierten, besuchte uns der Koch an unserem Tisch und schlug vor, das Tapas-Menü zu probieren, das ein 7-Gänge-Menü mit kleineren Versionen der Hauptgerichte sowie einer Auswahl an Desserts war. Wir haben das Tapas-Menü ausprobiert und können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Sowohl Kellner als auch Koch waren sehr charmant, hilfsbereit und gaben uns Informationen zu jedem Gericht, das wir bekamen. Ein Vorteil bei einem kleinen Restaurant ist, dass sich das Personal wirklich um jeden Gast kümmert. Die Atmosphäre ist großartig, man sitzt in einem 1000 Jahre alten Schloss, bei angenehmer Musik und schöner Dekoration. Im Schloss gibt es auch ein Boutique-Hotel.

Everything was perfect! The boss came to us to know our opinion, we were appreciated for it. The only message (as a suggestion for improvement) about the service in such high-profile waiters must be in uniform and offer guests “a level”. Anyway, we can recommend Matzen for everyone to have their perfect dinner.

The decoration is very Austrian and the waiters are also dressed. In any other place I would say this is just too much, but there with a great mountain view it fits the scene. Food was good for a very mixed group of people. There are some vegan dishes.

Since we are vegetarians they never bother to come directly and ask what they can prepare for us. Kaiserbad in Vital center is a good value for money. Hotel location and Atmosphere is awesome. And other facilities such as Vital center is really good. )Upon checking in nobody has explained hotel policies e.g. Breakfast and dinner times) and nobody their us to show the way to our room since we had a hard time to find it. One male staff at the reception was ride and helpless. No variety in breakfast for vegetarians.

Could not recommend this place higher, felt like a local in the side streets of Salzburg. The service was also top notch and super quick. It's a must visit for all vegetarian vegans.
