Weiterlesen The food was nothing special compare to the price can say its too expensive.have a nice Esplanada with a good view. We was 9 people in the one table but was always ignored by the waiters. Every time we order drinks food always delivered so late never seen any worse service like that. The waiter always take order then return 2 to 3 times back to ask what we order because he always forget. Can say not professional at all after the meal we order more drinks but after 20 minutes can one waiter we ask can we have the drinks we order? His answer was no i have take the plates first then can only serve the drinks but other waiters was always walking around and the same person take few plates forget us for 20 minutes again. When order for dessert they took the order then be remembered he dont have a paper to write the order so went to take paper and return after 15 minutes. And also the dessert come to the table after 30 minutes which was not expected at all. We order coffee after deserts so once again the took ages to serve a coffee. At the end when we wants to ask for the bill no one is there to ask even we ask 2 different person they said i am bringing the bill but the same thing had to wait like 20 minutes. But its not the end when came the time to pay they come with a machine which dont have paper to print. So this is not a service expected in a restaurant where service people is really not professional at all. Writing this to details for the management to improve the service which is really needed to improve. And the prices of the food and drinks also need to consider which is not worth it with this kind of bad service. Was a good lesson not to go there anymore.
