Weiterlesen I work in Harrison, NY and stay at dunks every morning except when my 88-year-old grandmother was diagnosed with lung and bone cancer in June 2019. I started to travel back and forth to Pennsylvania to take care of her and finally I was gone for about a month and at that time she died and after the funeral I returned home and then back to work. My first day back I ordered my usual coffee and wraps for breakfast. When I picked up my order, the staff wrote a message about my cup. Welcome back and we missed you...then I was deaf this day, but your little bit of love helped me make my first day a little easier. I was definitely Runnin on Dunkin ..thanks you so much for your simple gesture, it made my day when I needed it most

Weiterlesen I visited this site on the blvd peninsula today very hesitant with passing, as I do not want to use driving, the service is usually not good and orders wrong. This was the whole opposite of my experience in this service business was excellent. Not only the order correctly taken, but it was checked with me on the window, and the lady in the window was exceptionally pleasant and treating a pleasure. What a great start to my morning!!

Weiterlesen I drink a coffee, and I go to this Dunkin Donuts every day, sometimes several times a day, so I am familiar with all staff on all layers. This DD has one of the most beautiful, friendly and competent staff I have seen. You always welcome everyone and if you are regular, remember who you are and how you like your coffee. It's not just me, I also see it with others who are obviously regular. Your coffee will be on the counter when you enter the register only because they have seen you on the line. The employees of all layers are very organized and receive the orders as soon as possible. If there is ever a problem, they are fast to fix it for you without any problem. It is a very busy DD especially in the morning, but they are very efficient. It's my favorite DDD!
