Weiterlesen We came to Frankie’s for their first steak night and we were blown away! We both ordered the same steak dish, it was cooked perfectly, tender and all around a tasty meal. The steak came with a range of sides which went down well with both of us. There were two members of staff upstairs who kept us well attended to and made us feel very welcome. They seemed interested in our experience and it was lovely to see that they care.

Weiterlesen Called in after a meal on a Saturday night unaware it was the Halloween party night. The pub was decorated in spooktacular fashion it was like travelling into another dimension especially as most of the customers were dressed up. There was a lively DJ playing great music until after the curfew. Service at the bar was reasonable even though it was packed . It was definitely a night to remember. Not sure what it’s like on a normal night but seems like a fun night out for all ages.

Weiterlesen I described this place as a better Denny's or IHOP. That might not do the place justice as this breakfast and lunch place is really good. Everyone, from my limited view, have been competent and the food has been great. I haven't had the dinner plates and may only comment on the breakfast and lunch. I am confident that if I ordered a dinner plate that I would not be too terribly disappointed. The pies are fire or lit. Must have pie.

Staff seemed to not know where things were ie claiming there was only one set of balls when there wasn’t. A manager helped us with our complaint in regards to these issues and he was actually very helpful.
