The gluten free member of our party has never been so well catered for. I cannot fault the food or the service and communications were excellent. I will be back to explore the Delicatessen when I’m next in York.

Most of the workers don?t seem to like they?re job. The manager had to yell at the staff because things weren?t being done properly. Moreover, my chicken AND biscuits came out undercooked, which would have gotten me sick had I not caught it. Couldn?t eat anything but the fries. I?d personally much rather they take the time to make quality EDIBLE food. Slow and undercooked is disappointing.

We had the dates, dosa (our FAVORITE! , roasted artichoke, avocado lettuce cups, bolognese (bolognYES!e , and potato dish. The plant-based innovation is outstanding, and I feel both satisfied and adventurous after I leave each time. Those who are skeptical of fruits and vegetable-centric cuisine clearly haven't tried abcV.
