The truffle menu was excellent: balanced tartare, perfectly creamed risotto with plenty of fresh truffle, and dessert with zabaglione just like grandma 's. We spent €94 each, including three bottles of Franciacorta and one Teroldego. Also noteworthy is the excellent homemade Erba Luisa. Recommended for those who want to enjoy truffles in the Mantua area with quality and attention to detail. Excellent value.
