Weiterlesen Employee (Yolanda) asked me (customer) for $50!! Disgusted I am not usually the one to complain and write reviews but this is absolutely inappropriate. Yesterday, November 10, 2022 on Thursday at 7:20 PM. I went through the drive-through at this Arby?son Washtenaw Ave., Ypsilanti, MI. I ordered a chicken sandwich, and a beef and cheddar with an orange Fanta. as I pull up to thewindow, a lady black named Yolanda was there. Now mind you previously the day before, I went and ordered the same thing, but Itipped her (Yolanda) because I feel that they work hard and need to be appreciated. But when I pulled up to the window thistime I went to give her money for my order and she asked me to give her $50. She was not kidding around as you might think. Youcould tell on her face, she was serious. It is absolutely inappropriate to ask a customer for money! I will be calling corporateand the manager of this Arby?s. No one like this should be working in a food establishment/customer service asking for moneyfrom customers. Yolanda should be fired. There should never be a thought in an employees mind to ask a customer for money.
