Weiterlesen The people working here act like taking orders and serving fast food is akin to a stock market trading floor but without any of the execution. They run around looking frazzled but never take orders or serve food. It seems as though they ignore the customers waiting in line and take 5 drive thru orders before they take one in-store order. Though, the drive through could be just as bad. I just ordered my food after waiting in line for ONE HOUR! (At a fast food place! And there at least 8 employees back there. They apologize but there is no reason why they serve so slowly. Don't go here!

My burger came out exactly as I requested it. The food was all fresh and the drinks were good. The staff was also kind.

We bought a drinking glass while we were there and love it so much, we wanted another one. I contacted them and they eagerly shipped me one. They even included a courtesy bag of coffee beans. Could not have had a better experience all the way around.

Although the pizza is cheaper than most, it's still nice to have that little extra money off.

My water only found itself empty once, and that's when I had first gotten it, and I haven't drank all day, so it was understandable, . The appetizer was the calamari and it was spended. It was a lot stronger in flavor then many probably would like, but it was delectable. The main course that I had was the Colossal Crab and it was one of the best thing I've ever tasted. Honestly though, for as much as I've been bragging about the food, it was probably the part that was least enjoyable about this place. The jumbo strip was plain and the French onion soup was bitter. But what made the 4 stars was the service. Absolutely amazing service. I'm saying Disney Level hospitality. I felt like I could have a full conversation with the waiter who's name was also Ryan. If the opportunity arose for the perfect event, this place would definitely be in my top choices.
