Weiterlesen Everything that's good about a French family run restaurant packed with appreciative Rémois and a great buzzy atmosphere in the cellar/vault. We had delicious scallop and endive tartlets and rabbit feuilleté, perfectly cooked and beautifully presented, then ice creams and sorbets with a fabulous range of eaux de vie (wild raspberry, mirabelle plum, hop flower, whitebeam, lingonberry if you're unsure of translations, there is a helpful key behind the bar in four languages). Staff were friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and efficient altogether delightful. Highly recommended and we'll definitely be back when next in Reims.

I would recommend the sabayon for desert!
