First of all, a young guy opened the door looking like he was partying in a nightclub in Ibiza: very open shirt showing half of his body. Anyway, a young girl...came to take the order and I kindly asked if she got everything asking to repeat but she said it was fine she got everything. We ordered our entree (polenta chips) and pizzas. After about 20 minutes we asked about the polenta chips and the girl who took the order she didn’t understand that; so she ran out to the kitchen to inform the chef to do it straight away. When we were about to finish our entree, 3 pizzas came in our table, we were four so we asked for the fourth pizza. A dish from the kitchen came out: it was a porchetta dish while we ordered a porchetta pizza. We were very close to the pizza maker so we heard him talking in a no nice way. He made the pizza then, it wasn’t as requested he missed ingredients, he said again bad words in Italian. The three of us finished the pizza, then the fourth pizza finally got on the table. So you could imagine our feelings. It was ok, we understand the girl is young, she doesn’t have much experience it’s ok, everybody make mistake we “forgive” her. The real problem was no one from the managing came to apologize for the inconvenience caused twice like they didn’t even acknowledge the mistake. Maybe too much Presumption? So food was not great, order not taken properly, customer service definitely not in place. No I wouldn’t come again.

Denn hier findet man nicht das hochwertige italienische Restaurant sondern ein wirklich solides italienisches Lokal. Mit einer anderen Erwartung erhält man hier ein ordentliches Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und guten und aufmerksamen Service. Deshalb fällt es schwer hier eine passende Bewertung vozunehmen.

Weiterlesen Trotz einer frühen Reservierung wurden wir zu viert an einen Tisch direkt am Durchgang zur Küche sehr nah an der Wand gesetzt. Zwei Personen mussten quasi auf dem Boden sitzen. Durch die unmittelbare Nähe zur Küche war dieser Tisch völlig ungemütlich, sodass die übliche, warme Atmosphäre völlig fehlte.

While I wouldn’t recommend the breakfast wrap (it leaked a lot and was quite garlicky? , i never hesitate to return here again and again.
